UPDATE: Spoke to a friend, we want a good job done. That means to strip off old paint, put the 2 coats on normal walls and multiple water proofing coat in the bathroom? Please clarify the works you would do and the quoted price. Happy to pay more for a good job. The job is in Eastwood,to: Fill, patch and level all cracks (photos shows some, but not all.) About 20+ cracks to fix, bathroom is quite severe as per photos. Prep all internal walls, remove moulds and paint 2 coats on all internal walls. Including ceiling and cornice. The internal floor space is not big, only 1 living area, please see floor plan photos. The place is not vacant, so furnitures would need to be moved/protected.
