I have a bedroom in my house. The ceiling has peeled off because of the age. It is really unbearable for me. So I just need you to help me repair it and paint it white.

I need a small section of a wall sanded down to ready it for painting where the wall was patched up. Preferably with a sander with a vacuum attachment to reduce dusk.

Fill holes in all - Approx 40 small holes the size of a small screw, plus one slightly larger hole approx 1cmx1cm to fill in walls and match white paint.
