Interior painting for 4X2 house, no need to remove the old paint just one cote of paint

I am working on the baseboard trim(excluding bathrooms) for the interior walls and the painting of the interior walls (the putty has already been applied, and the ceiling has been finished). 1. Wall parenting(Dulux Water-based paint) and 2. Baseboard( Aluminium, 10 CM height)

I need a registered painter decorator or handyman that does painting. Please don't bid if you cannot do it before Friday 1 March. No time waster. Ceiling Paint will be provided, you provide your own brush roller trays drop sheets etc. Scope of work 1. Paint my ceiling 2 coat, total area is 50 m2 2. Paint my cornice, total length is 40m

Paint and gyprock will be provided. Scope of work 1. Patch up plaster inside pantry walls 2. Paint pantry doors and inside timber bracket 3. Paint metal frames 4. Paint 2 coat paint to inside walls You need to provide your own brush, roller, trays, painter sheets and other consumables. Approx 4 hours job.
