Two small bathrooms that need painting - see photos attached. Very tight space. Haven’t chosen colour but likely to be white of some sort.

I need a talented renderer with an eye for detail to render/finish two small rooms' ceilings. They are currently rough concrete. One is chemically stripped of paint the other is mostly strong existing paint.

Water leaks have damaged ceilings in 2 different rooms (garage and dining room - see photos) which needs redecorating. Leak has been fixed. Also flaking paint round the edges of ceiling in walk in wardrobe area that needs scraping off and repainting (see photos). I have the ceiling white paint leftover from original renovation, so you'll only need tools. Need job done on Wed 3rd or Fri 5th Sept this week.

The skylight was leaking but has been repaired. I need someone to fix the damage inside and paint it to match the rest of the ceiling (I think it is just a standard ceiling white colour, was painted a couple of years ago). X3 5cm x 3cm paint job over plaster wall (hook has peeled paint off) I don’t have paint

We need 2 walls painted in a property - price needs to include any patching required, colour matching and repainting of the full wall Note that from our inspection the 2 walls look like different colours

4.65 x 3.9 dimensions, high ceilings, ornate cornices, fireplace, book cases. Paint around dog mural. Roof and walls. Some patching and prep needed. Sanding machine required to manage dust. Will need to help move furniture.
