Old house, so might need a bit of prep, sanding and filler. Windows do NOT require painting as in good condition. Just the external weatherboards, gutters, eaves and single door awning. All as per pictures. All the high stuff. All paint supplied and on site. Just bring your own equipment and drop sheets.

Bi-fold doors and frame to be painted. Two sets of doors. Exterior and frame only. Paint supplied and some of prep already completed just ran out of time to finish myself.

Prep and paint of perimeter of house external weatherboards

There is a stubborn wallpaper with sandy texture. I want to smooth out the finishing so it is ready for white paint. 5 x 2.4 m wall size and its a double brick wall in an apartment Ideally a thin layer of plaster compound on top of the wallpaper and not plaster boards.

Remove mould from bathroom ceiling. Minor job that shouldn’t take too long.
