Hi, I'd like someone to pressure wash 3 different parts of a 3 storey townhouse. prefer someone who can do it on a weekend. 1. The fascia and soffit of my eaves plus the FC sheeting fascade that I can't reach from the balcony. This will need a telescopic wand that can reach the 3rd storey eaves. See red mark-ups on the attached photos. 2. The driveway. It has a stencil and decorative finish that will need care not to damage. 3. A brick patio that has peelaway 8 paint remover residue on it. I've done the peelaway strip and need someone with a high pressure rotary washer to take the residue and paint off. My little household gerni takes way too long to do the job.

The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling and needs to be sanded back and repainted. A ladder would be needed for access as the ceiling are about 2.5/3m high. I can provide the undercoat and paint. It is a small bathroom.

~20 metre front fence painting required. 1st primer/undercoat 70% finished (photos taken prior), then 2 x weathershield coats required. We’re in need of some help to restore the outside of our old Queenslander. In particular we need some extra hands to help with the preparation of the boards and windows, by removing old paint. Two sides of the house are practically done, back of the house has been painted over with new paint, but flaking. Please no sanding unless the dust can be captured, we’re very keen on limiting the amount of paint in the environment as much as possible! We’d also consider additional painting / help restoring the windows as well at the right price. We’re not looking for perfect, just clean, presentable and safe.
