The tricky part is that the room has got high ceiling. The task is to clean the wall and ceiling, we think it will take and hour and 30mn maximum, maybe much less. We can provide a ladder. Rental property need to get bond back and there are 2 marks on 2 bedroom walls from where kids put some LED lights . Please see pics and marks . Need it done before 15 of June asap .
