The two areas are: A Combined kitchen -dining-living: 53m squared ceiling area (approx) B Bedroom: 9m squared (very minor marking only - please quote separately) Ceilings are 2.95-3m high.

some walls of the property have got stained/damaged. I would like to get those parts repainted. also, there are a few tiles in the bathroom which need grouting/sealing.
