The job is to paint the studio/office before it is built. - a light sand to all panels and trim as required - oil based primer undercoat - 2 top coats It is Dulux paint. Domino oustide and Vivid White inside. All in exterior semi-gloss. There is no different trim colours or anything tricky. The budget I have set is labour only, paint supplied, and I am assuming it will take 3 days for 1 capable person. Let me know your thoughts on that. There is an Insiration Paint just around the corner. Undercoat primer and paint can be supplied or you can supply for retail pricing if you get a discount yourself. All other painting tools and consumables need to be your own. Must be the paints and brand I have specified exactly. The job is in Milton. It needs to be done before the end of next week. Work can occur over the weekend and anytime 6:30am - 5:30pm. Parking is available. There is plenty of space to work but it is not undercover, so wet weather will need to be considered.
