Can purchase if you don't have your own. 1 small bathroom 2 bedrooms 1 hallway 1 living space - please note living space has very high ceiling so would need a ladder. Also looking to have the wooden beams in the photo painted as part of this. Job would need to be completed during the morning/early afternoon to be dry by 5.30pm when kids get home. Can be out of the house for a couple of days if easier. Hoping to get done in the next couple of weeks.

when painting upstairs of the property, in some hard to reach areas there is white paint on the exposed brick - this is above a flight of stairs so would need a high ladder
