A room has previously (and sort of recently) been split into two and we want to restore it to one room. Remove plaster/gyprock wall (2.5m wide), fix ceiling, walls, skirting boards and maybe floor. New cornice at least on the edges where wall touched. Second door will need to be removed. Gyprocked & skirting boards done. Needs to look good, its not a rental. Paint walls [not ceiling] of 1 bedroom. 3 walls and bedroom door are to be repainted in existing [cream] colour. 1 wall to be painted a violet grey colour.
