A room has previously (and sort of recently) been split into two and we want to restore it to one room. Remove plaster/gyprock wall (2.5m wide), fix ceiling, walls, skirting boards and maybe floor. New cornice at least on the edges where wall touched. Second door will need to be removed. Gyprocked & skirting boards done. Needs to look good, its not a rental.
