I require an empty apartment (vacant no furniture) to have walls and trims painted. There should be approx 4-6 screw holes to fill, no large holes. No ceiling painting required, no painting required in bathrooms or laundry. I have the name of the Dulux paint shade to match current colour. The ceiling is covered in spraytan residue even though have filters so needs to be firstly cleaned off then painted in dark grey paint (I have the paint)

Require someone with plastering skills to plaster 3 holes in the ceiling and paint it with paint(we have the existing paint). The holes are on a very high ceiling … ideally someone who already has a 12ft ladder - From floor to ceiling where the holes are it is about 4.8m.

Include your airtasker fees and bring a good attitude. This is for a client of ours, so please be professional. We would like to remove two partial walls. No need to paint or fix the plaster... just remove the two walls and take the rubbish out. Wall 1: 0.66*3.8 Wall 2: 1.5*2.7 During last week of Dec or first week of Jan - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024
