I have a single-storey 4x1 house with an internal area of 113 square metres. I would like to repaint the interior walls (will do ceiling later), door frames, skirting boards, linen cabinetry, a built-in wardrobe, and kitchen cabinets. Wanting to paint it all white, nice and fresh! The house will be vacant and we are very flexible with timing.

I have about 14 sqm plus about 14 linear m of bricks that require the red paint removed so that I can get tuck pointing done (the brick face needs to be preserved)

Small area in living room (size of a 5c piece), kitchen, toilet and stairwell that needs some repair work (patch and painting). Stairwell ceiling paint around light fitting will require a ladder. Paint and products not supplied.

We need the ceiling of our carport spray painted in white (we will provide the paint)

There are 7 rooms where there are a few cracks in the cornicing that needs repair and then touch up painting. Also, some touch ups on the ceiling of the alfresco. The house is 5 years old. Due date: Before Monday, 2 October 2023
