Water damaged ceiling needs some patching and repainting. The room is about 3 meters by 6 meters. The ceilings are plaster with patterns and about 12 ft high. Image of damage included. Kitchen and living/dining room need a refresh. Looks big but much of the spaces are windows and doors and a giant feature brick wall in between the two so doesn't need painting. Can supply photos if needed Will supply paint

Scope of Work -repair hole in hollow core door of laundry fist size at 1800mm high. - colour match and repaint one side of laundry door and surrounding door jam -Front door and 3-4 200mm graze points on narrow wall of corridor ~1100mm high. Might not need patch, just colour match and paint -3 x dual anchor points/penetrations in one bedroom wall 2000mm high. (same paint as corridor)

I have four small sections of a double brick plaster wall that needs to be repaired in a study room, located on the ground floor of a 2 storey house. Price is negotiable. The four sections are: - Near window, area is approx 30 cm x 30 cm - Near fireplace, area is approx 30 cm x 30 cm - Big whole, area is approx 10 cm in diameter - Small whole, area is approx 3 cm in diameter. (See photos) The plaster has started to crack and peel away so will need to be removed and reset. Prefer someone who has a good attention to detail, thorough and takes pride in their work. Work can be done during the week or weekends and anytime as I work from home. I’m also an early starter so if you need to do the task before 9am, that works well with me too. ✍️ DESCRIPTION: - Prepare area and place protective sheetings. - Remove cracked plaster. - Plaster, sand and prepare wall for painting. - Clean and tidy area once task is completed. - Move small furniture to access walls (such as chairs and plastic box). - You will need a small step ladder as the walls are 3.5m high. - You will be required to show evidence of vaccination upon arrival.

Looking for a painter ( 2 days) to assist in painting 3 x rooms and hallway with focus on assistance with ceilings (including ceiling roses and cornices) - approx 3.3m high ceilings so a spray gun may be of assistance - Due date: 2nd January 2024-3rd January 2024
