End of lease spot cleaning of roof and tops of walls with ladder 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 XL lounge room, 1 hallway Scrub/wipe walls and ceiling to remove any marks. Remove tape from fairy lights near lounge ceiling and in hallway. I have a hand held electric scrubber you can use so it's easier on your hands and faster 😊 with the scrubber likely 2-3 hours worth of work.

Bedroom and living areas ceilings to be painted. Hall walls also. Ceilings were not sealed in prior paint job. Picture shows spaces ceilings to be painted. Can supply paint.

Water damaged ceiling needs some patching and repainting. The room is about 3 meters by 6 meters. The ceilings are plaster with patterns and about 12 ft high. Image of damage included. I have just had a renovation and need a good painter. Looking for a quote.

I need front of my shop painted which includes steel frame around the windows and over the already existing painted tiles. Area is roughly 10 x 3m. Blue tiles are what it currently looks like. The pink is what I would like it to look like.

Might not need patch, just colour match and paint -3 x dual anchor points/penetrations in one bedroom wall 2000mm high. (same paint as corridor)
