Then re-plaster where damage was and undercoat 2 coats. Finally paint entire bathroom ceiling, approx 1.2m wide by 2.5 deep. Cut-in and roller two coats mould resistant paint. Paint and plaster won't be supplied. There is an Inspirations Paint store across the road. This is a tenanted property and keys will need to be collected from a neighbouring suburb. Camberwell, 10 minutes away.

Patching and repair of 12 ceiling plaster holes (numerous rooms) and 1 area on wall near light switch of ground floor apartment (some ~30cm in width), then painting of ceiling. Looking for a skilled painter to fix a minor scratch on the ceiling. It's a small job but requires precision to blend seamlessly with the rest of the surface.

We have 15 lineal metres of cornice and a small ceiling rose requiring painting in a deeper colour, as currently too close to colour of the walls. The burgundy cove inside the cornice is OK and does not need repainting . I have 2 raised garden beds. 3 of the walls need rendering and painting.

We are looking to get 2 x walls and the floor painted in our photography studio in a rendered texture paint finish. It is the back wall (hidden by paper roll here in photo) side wall (new plaster) and concrete floor (under carpet tiles. We will pull up carpet tiles prior to painting. Please advise is we need to remove the sticky glue from carpet tiles before painting.

Paint chipped on the wall from contact with the curtain rod which needs patching up and a coat of white paint. I've put putty over the top already but it's not perfect. Overall the surface isn't bigger than 20cm by 8cm (roughly the size of my hand) Quote including cost of paint (a test tub will be enough)

*On a tight budget so combination of lowest price, positive prior airtasker reviews, and ability to get the job done asap will be the important factors in my selection. Need my two bedroom apartment to be painted, including walls (except for x 3 walls in the bathroom where it is tiled to the ceiling), skirts, ceilings, window reveals, and doors throughout. Also a small eave on the balcony. It is totally stripped bare at the moment (no furniture anywhere), however new hybrid flooring has been installed in the living area/kitchen/hallway, so will need some protective covers on that. No carpet layed in the bedrooms yet. By my very rough calculation I have around 98m2 of walls and 62m2 of ceiling through the apartment. Previous plasterer missed a couple of hook holes in a bedroom, some minor cornice damage when one of the wardrobes was installed in the bedroom, and some other minor patches - hoping to have any of these minor patches done as part of this please so factor in. The apartment is on third story of brick building, with no lift access. Please include paint and all materials in the fee and at least 2-3 coats. Will be going with builders white colour, but happy to go on your advise too. Please let me know if you require any further details to supply a quote. Need to paint (two to three coats) of the bedroom wall/ attic space. It is being plastered on Tuesday and will be ready to paint Wednesday. Must be finished before Thursday lunchtime at the latest. Approximately 5m by 2m Access to the attic is via the stairs pictured and the scaffold will remain for one day after the plaster finishes so the job is time critical. All paint is supplied. Must supply all drop sheets (essential as it’s a kid’s bedroom) and brushes etc.
