Will need to be primed and finished for bathroom/high humidity. Job to be completed Monday 16 - Thursday 19 and must be able to arrive before 8:30am so I can get to work.

I have an outdated textured ceiling and want to know if it is better to have it sanded back (scraped) or rendered over and what would the cost be? I also want all ceilings and walls painted afterwards (inside only) 2 bed 2 bath small unit. I am after options and costs to have this work done (including purchasing any products required).
