The areas include: 1 master bedroom 2 small bedrooms Combined family/dining/kitchen area In addition: Door and window frames, plus architraves, need to be repainted in a new colour. 10 brand new interior doors will also need painting. A site inspection would be REQUIRED to provide an accurate quote and discuss paint options, finish, and timeframe. Looking for a neat, reliable painter with attention to detail.

Ideally job would commence around Friday 24 Oct. - 2.4m ceilings - dulux white paint (tbc) throughout with semi gloss on trims - 3 beds, 1 dining, 1 lounge, 1 small hall, small kitchen, laundry, bath - interior will be stripped bare, including carpet and window furnishings - 1 strip of feature wallpaper will need removal - 2 exposed brick walls to be bagged / rendered in bedrooms and painted white. - minimal patching required Property isn’t available until 22 Oct on settlement, as it is a recent purchase.

One painted timber front door (80 cm x 202 cm, has four glass panels) and a pair of French doors (66 cm x 202 cm, each has three glass panels) need to be stripped of the old paint and re-painted. We will provide the paint and can provide the paint-stripper if required.

Job is to prep all areas, treat any mould, fill cracks etc. Then apply two coats of quality paint (Dulux) to all ceilings, walls, doors, surrounds, skirting boards, windows for a 3 bedroom villa. Once finished all rubbish to be removed. Very small wall space in bathrooms and kitchen. Currently empty so easy access, no furniture to move. I have a floor plan if you need to see it.
