Wiping mould off lounge room and bathroom ceiling. Stool, gloves and cleaning supplies supplied. Will need help to mov and cover furnishings. Would recommend using face mask and glasses/goggles as PPE (not supplied). Approx 1 - 1.5 hour task Newtown

Refresh the alfresco ceiling with paint including cornice and sides. Will have to cleaned before from any bugs. Size is 11mx4m Bench to be painted in monument. Each bench just over 2m long. 2 coats to be applied to each. Paint will be provided.

I have removed skirting boards in two rooms to allow for installation of power points. This has resulted in some damage to plaster. Some smaller areas of plaster remain drummy and may also need removing. Job is to apply plaster to all missing sections ready for painting and reinstallation of skirting board (Not part of task). I will ensure all deep holes are filled to brickwork level with sand cement. Water and power are available. Trades to bring materials, tools and equipment.

Recently purchased 2 bedroom unit in ZETLAND requires one coat of paint before moving in. Floor plan attached. Large glass doors, windows and inbuilt wardrobes are pictures and do not require painting.
