Wall peeled off when I remove an adhesive hook. The hole is about 2mm deep and 5cm in height and width. The wall needs to be filled and painted a white that is slightly darker than light white. Fill, sand and paint skirting boards + small gaps between boards and wall/floor. Boards pre primed. Two coats top coat needed. The boards are attached to concrete wall via plugs and screws.
