The wooden kitchen countertop has gotten a bit sticky, probably due to the coating coming off over the years. We would like it to be sanded and coated. We tried cleaner etc but did not work, so it will probably need to be sanded no re-coated but open to other ideas of how to remove the stickiness.

Paint one full wall in bedroom 3 (cover water marks around window) (photo attached) (white) 2. paint ceiling and walls in bathroom 2 (it has just been replastered) which is a 2m X 2m room (white) 3. paint small plywood square that covers the chimney in bedroom 9 (black - paint provided) 4. Paint plywood on kitchen side (black - paint provided) & seal edges with no more gaps around it 5. Paint over small patch in hallway that has been filled in (white) to cover 'Braemar' box 6. Patch up multiple door handles & repaint to cover where old handles have been replaced with smaller ones (white except front door) The walls white colour is Lexicon Quarter. I repainted a corner of the ceiling to cover old water damage but I can see I need the whole ceiling painted. The ceiling is white and the room about 13 m2. I’m in the process of renovating my shop and am in need of help with painting my shop. I’ve had someone already paint majority of it, only to ignore what I asked for and paint the ceiling the wrong colour. The shop is approximately 70sq in size. I’m also needing a particular wall painted in a high gloss version of the same colour paint (see picture attached).
