Need assistance to patch walls and touch up paint for end of lease

We are removing existing ceiling lights in the garage and need the remaining holes plastered and ready for painting. There are 6 holes total.

I need an experienced tradesperson to clean and reseal outdoor timber. Surfaces are all weathered but previously sealed, last done ~2–3 years ago. Areas to be done: - Deck: ~66 m², NSW Spotted Gum (135 × 32 mm boards). - Daybed: ~8.5 m² (top + visible sides only). - Shower screen: ~4 m². - Outdoor dining setting: 1 × table (1 m × 2.5 m) and 2 × benches (2.5 m × 0.4 m each), including tops and legs/frames. ~7 m². - Total area: ~85 m² of timber. Preparation: - Pressure wash/clean all surfaces before sealing. - Light sanding may be required in spots (tradie to decide on-site). - Mask/protect walls, tiles, and nearby areas as needed. Finish requirements: - Natural brown stain/sealer to match existing finish. - Low sheen/matte finish. - Minimum two coats. - Oil-based product preferred for durability. - Please supply all products and materials. Access: - Clear side gate access, driveway parking. - Power and water available. - Part of the deck sits above the pool edge.

Paint the inside of a two bedroom unit including windows and ceiling. Supply the paint as well please. All walls to be Snowy Mountains Quarter. Windows and trims to be Vivid White, and ceilings to be ceiling white or vivid white. Days available for painting between Sept 20-25. Floor sanding starting after that.

Need 3 walls re plastered in my bedroom. One wall has some wall paper on it. The other 2 walls have wall paper ripped off but old glue stuck to them, need them to be re done so I have a nice clean smooth wall to be painted.
