Set and sand plaster small laundry ceiling , bath room and study ceiling patch work, and hallway door frame, and sky light needed. All holes will be filled in with plaster board cut outs and gal corners will be installed on hallway frame.

Front steps need sanding back and repainting. Window sills require touch-up painting (9 to do, several require ladder access). Ceiling in downstairs living room requires touch up painting.

Having to repost this task as previous assigned tasker was a flop unfortunately. Need a reliable painter that is able to paint a master bedroom (3.6x3.8m), study nook, entry hallway and living area (7.4x4m), preferably by the 20th December. Only looking to have walls and skirting boards done, not ceiling, or doors. Only one window and both the bedroom and living area have large sliding doors covering the majority on one wall. The other side of the living area is largely covered by kitchen cupboards so also wouldn’t need much painting. Ceilings are 4m high in living area so will need a tall ladder.
