We’re looking for an experienced and reliable painter to complete interior painting works in our apartment. We will be supplying all paint, including ceiling paint, wall paint, bedroom paint, and skirting board paint. The job includes painting approximately 60 sqm of apartment ceilings. The ceilings are in good condition overall. There may be a small amount of plaster patching required, depending on light installation prior to painting. Any plastering required can be quoted separately on top of the main job if needed. We also require one generous coat of white paint over existing white walls in the lounge and hallway, covering approximately 50–60 sqm of wall area. In addition, we need two coats of an off-yellow colour painted in two bedrooms, with each bedroom having under 15 sqm of wall area. The carpets in the bedrooms will be removed prior to painting, so floor protection in those rooms is not required. All skirting boards throughout the apartment will also need to be repainted using a suitable trim paint. We will supply all paint only. The painter will need to provide their own drop sheets, tape, brushes, rollers, ladder, and any other tools required. The apartment will be vacant and easy to work in. We’re looking for someone tidy, efficient, and experienced with residential interior painting. Please include your availability, estimated timeframe, and examples of similar work if available. Supply and install plywood wall lining to three internal walls in a shed. Walls total approximately 14 m in length at 2.6 m high (around 36–40 m²). The job includes supplying all materials (interior-grade 12mm plywood sheets, fixings and basic trims), accurately measuring, cutting and installing the plywood with a neat, tidy finish, and cleaning up on completion. No painting or clear coating required. Access is straightforward and timing is flexible.

Looking for this to be done as cheaply as possible, as the house will need to be rented, but I don't want to invest heavily into it as it is likely to be demolished soon. It just needs one coat of paint, applied competently but not expertly. All cracks and dings will be filled and sanded before you arrive. All you need to do is apply one coat of paint over entire interior: the walls, window frames, skirtings and ceiling. I.e. if it's supposed to be white, it needs to be painted. Either we can provide the paint, or you can quote for the provision of the paint. 6 BR House. BRs are about 2.5x3m, tall ceilings. Small living room, 4x3m. Kitchen, two small bathrooms.
