Scope of Work: • Prepare all wall surfaces (cleaning, patching minor holes/cracks, light sanding as required). • Apply undercoat/primer where needed. • Apply two coats of interior wall paint (paint will be provided). • Ensure a clean, even, and high-quality finish throughout. • Protect all flooring, furniture, and fixtures during the painting process. • Clean up the work area upon completion. Additional Details: • I will supply all paint required for the job. • Open to quotes for either a fixed price for the whole job or an hourly rate.
