I have a few things to be done. Front door to be coated with intergrain for the natural wood look. The eaves around the back of the house in a paint that has UV protection. 2 stainless steel poles at the back and 1 at the front to be painted to protect against the pool water. Some general patch ups around the house.

In order to update and refresh our kitchen need our half of our kitchen cabinets painters by a skilled painter using low/zero voc paint.
