Kitchen mixer tap – low hot-water pressure The kitchen mixer tap has normal/good cold-water pressure, but the water flow reduces significantly when the tap is turned towards fully hot. The hot water pressure in the bathroom is normal, so the issue appears to be isolated to the kitchen tap/hot-water connection. I'd like a plumber to diagnose and repair the issue.

A bathroom mixer tap has become loose and is moving at the base. The mounting/fixing hardware underneath the basin is heavily corroded and appears to be broken (see photos). I would like to replace the existing tap with a mixer tap. See the photo. The hole left by the old tap will need to be closed/sealed. I don’t have photos of the underneath, but the tap is currently connected to the wall using the existing pipe. There is no shut-off/isolation valve at the wall. Available after 4pm weekdays. Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. There is also a leaking kitchen sink tap that may need to be replaced. This is at our property that is currently tenanted. No photos sorry.
