How to use the desktop, start menu, and basic settings What iOS/iPadOS is, and how her phone/tablet work The difference between apps and files How to save things, find them later, and understand how everything connects She doesn't need advanced tech support — just someone who can calmly explain what all these things mean and how to use them day-to-day. Think “Tech 101 for a lovely mum who didn’t grow up with the internet.”
