Kitchen top mount sink is slightly leaking around the edges. Looking to have the sink resealed and replacing mounting clips if required.

Looking for someone to remove the existing mouldy/old silicone around our kitchen sink and recaulk it neatly. The pipe below the kitchen sink is leaking. Not a lot of water but some is dripping down. On the picture you can the circled bit where the water drips from. Might just need checking the seals and tightening... Single level unit in Chadstone, so access is straightfoward.

The kitchen sink water stopper is stuck and cannot he removed

Water exits the sink very very slowly. Blocked pipe allows 1,250 ml water in the pipe/sink before you can see the water settle up above the drain outlet at the plug level, so I am guessing it isn't that far down the drain. fyi the kitchen sink drain P trap pipe is accessible under the sink, and then immediately passes through the wall to the outside of the wall as in the middle photo.

Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.
