I am after a quote to install a single bowl sink for a new kitchenette and do the water and drain connections. Attached is a photo of the location where the benchtop is being built. The laundry of the main residence is right on the other side of the wall, so long piping should not be necessary. Welcome to attend site to have a look if needed. As a secondary job, I would like to get the main residence sink checked as the water drains slow. Looking for a cost effective and reliable plumber as a long term contact for potential future repairs as well as the property will be rented out and I am not living local. Thanks

Pipes are located in cupboards under kitchen sink and are dripping into cupboard space. Apartment is 7 years old.

Looking for a plumber to inspect and repair the wastewater pump system under the kitchen sink. The pump was working normally last night but has now completely stopped. The guest has already tried switching the power off/on and resetting it, but the pump is still not running or making any sound. The pipe below the kitchen sink is leaking. Not a lot of water but some is dripping down. On the picture you can the circled bit where the water drips from. Might just need checking the seals and tightening... Single level unit in Chadstone, so access is straightfoward.

Water exits the sink very very slowly. Blocked pipe allows 1,250 ml water in the pipe/sink before you can see the water settle up above the drain outlet at the plug level, so I am guessing it isn't that far down the drain. fyi the kitchen sink drain P trap pipe is accessible under the sink, and then immediately passes through the wall to the outside of the wall as in the middle photo.

The kitchen sink blockage needs to be fixed, and there's also a leak in the toilet that requires repair.
