I have a new kitchen sink tap and need it replaced. I tried and could not do it, now we have to have our water off until it is done

Cupboard under kitchen sink is water damaged seeking a handyman to replace the mdf at the back. We have the mdf.

I need to replace old kitchen sink mixture tap , install new bidet sprayer in the toilet and fixed the leaking toilet flush.

Need a plumber/handyman to replace the existing tap in my kitchen sink with a new one. Task includes: Remove existing kitchen tap Install the new tap The replacement tap will be provided.

Will suit a handyman. Looks like there is a slow drip leak in my kitchen sink. Would like someone to have a look and repair it. My guess is the tap needs to be tighened.

The pipe below the kitchen sink is leaking. Not a lot of water but some is dripping down. On the picture you can the circled bit where the water drips from. Might just need checking the seals and tightening... Single level unit in Chadstone, so access is straightfoward.

Water exits the sink very very slowly. Blocked pipe allows 1,250 ml water in the pipe/sink before you can see the water settle up above the drain outlet at the plug level, so I am guessing it isn't that far down the drain. fyi the kitchen sink drain P trap pipe is accessible under the sink, and then immediately passes through the wall to the outside of the wall as in the middle photo.

The kitchen sink blockage needs to be fixed, and there's also a leak in the toilet that requires repair.
