Reroute Waste Line: Move the white PVC drain pipe that currently runs sideways through the right cabinet. Reroute it directly through the back brick wall (or floor) under the sink to exit outside, leaving the right cupboard completely clear. Cap/Seal: Seal the old hole in the side of the cabinet wall. Dishwasher Hookup: Tap into the cold water line under the sink with a dual-outlet valve, and ensure the trap has a spigot ready for the dishwasher drain hose. Note: Plumber to supply standard PVC fittings, dual valve, and sealant. Ground floor access in Lalor; photos attached.

Kitchen sink tap’s flexible hose has broken/snapped — the white plastic pipes/fittings underneath are all fine. Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.
