Kitchen sink is blocked, need to unblock the drain

I've moved into a new house recently and am having some issues with the old owners poor attempts at plumbing under the kitchen sink The pipe that comes down from the sink doesn't line up with the s/p bend pipe and has been leaking. Have found what I thought was a fix but now the outlet pipe after the s/p bend has a leak and won't seal.

A large gap has appeared between my kitchen sink and the counter top, which is most of the left side and around the corner to the back left of the sink. It's a top mounted drop in sink. It doesn't push back down easily in the corner, possibly warped by sun coming in through the window and heating the metal. (that's the only thing I can think of that's caused it). I'm hoping this can be repaired and re-sealed, as water is starting to get inside the cupboard. The kitchen sink tap is also a bit loose and I would like to have this fixed also.
