I have NBN fiber to the premises with modem connection in my garage. We have internet booster access points around the house installed but they don’t seem to work. Need a technician to come and check settings and potentially reconfigure to make it all work.

We had to unplug our Telstra internet box during last nights storm and need someone experienced with Telstra/NBN setups to reconnect it properly and ensure everything is working. Scope of work: • Reconnect Telstra modem and any related cables • Check all connections are correct and secure • Troubleshoot if internet isn’t connecting • Confirm Wi-Fi is up and running before leaving This should be a quick job for someone familiar with Telstra boxes and standard home NBN setups.

I’m looking for someone to assess and potentially relocate our internet modem from downstairs to upstairs, as our connection upstairs is currently very poor. Before moving anything, I’d like someone to assess whether relocating the modem will actually improve performance or recommend the best solution (e.g. new data point, cabling, or alternative setup).

Just need someone to fix the internet extension for my sharehouse. One of the extensions is not bringing the wifi over to the granny flat at the back of the house, or it keeps going off and on. I will provide the wifi details and you might have to access the modem from one of the rooms but it will be arranged.
