1. There is something up with my house internet. We have a router and a deco mesh system as repeaters around the house. Recently, our internet speed has been slower and is having constant ping spikes. 2. My last IT guy set up the deco system on their account and I no longer have access to it. So I would like this system reset and linked to my email address. I believe our system might be very outdated, so I am open to quotes of system upgrades if that's required. My internet is technically working, but the setup’s pretty terrible. The telephone socket is inside the wardrobe, so I’ve had to run the D-Link router (I’m with Flip) out onto my bedroom floor—looks awful and isn’t great for performance. I’ve tried to fix it with Google mesh (pucks): one connects fine, but the second one powers on and connects to Wi-Fi, it just won’t talk to the main puck.
