Hi Tenmay Looking for a quote to fix my wifi internet connections works great down stairs did work great upstairs with my Telstra booster but recently stopped working upstairs but I’d like to get advice on how to ensure every room in my house has connections that will never fail if that’s at all possible located in Killarney vale kids and hubby use wifi for gaming and tv I use upstairs for office and streaming.

We need some help checking the internet connection at the property. The internet isn’t working, but there’s no reported outage in the area. We need someone who can check that everything is connected properly and send us photos of the setup for reference. Please let us know if you’re available. Thank you!

I am getting FTTP installed in my new rental and i need someone to set up the internet for the entire place to allow the best wifi throughout the entire double story property. I have Optus coming 28/8/26 so i want someone to come and do a consult on the 21st to determine what i need and then be present on the 28th when Optus comes so set it all up after the Optus guy does what he needs. I am happy to pay for both visits and not sure the cost so just put $600 in.

I have just had NBN installed and have a brand new router but unsure how to install and connect I can seem to locate the port on the NBN box not sure what to do

We have been struggling with the internet. We finally got our nbn connection moved to our place, but the nbn box is down in the warehouse with our office upstairs. There is a box with all wiring and I believe one of them can connect straight to the nbn box, that way our main modem can be up in the office otherwise the connection is too weak. An expert for internet and cabaling would be much appreciated as quickly as possible

The parents have moved from TPG to superloop for nbn internet. Our current modem needs some settings changed for it to reconnect to the internet. If the modem is incompatible, we have a new one ready to be used. Once connected, the modem needs to be connected to the home mesh network and other smart devices! Thank you

We use Vodafone wifi, ubiquity switch and have a draytech router Our WiFi is required to run our restaurant so connection is vital. It powers our POS, Internet, Sonos, cameras and customer wifi Currently it’s down and I need someone to attend and get it back up and running. May need suggestions on changing equipment but it’s needs to be secure and constant. Must be someone onsite, would be great if you have spare equipment to test and replace if required. I need someone to attend onsite Tuesdays after 12pm

Tried setting up printer & has an error which I can't get past.

We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.

Needing help to connect nbn box internet

Looking for an experienced cabler/network technician to relocate our internet connection from upstairs to downstairs. There is already an Ethernet wall port installed downstairs. The job involves: * Testing the existing Ethernet port/cabling downstairs * Relocating the internet connection from upstairs to downstairs * Connecting and configuring it so the internet works properly downstairs * Checking the connection is stable and working before completion The cabling appears to already be in place, so this should mainly be a testing and setup job rather than a full new cable installation.
