I am unable to connect my home internet to my cameras

We currently have a tp-link modem but wish to replace it with a ASUS ax5700 modem. We are having difficulties connecting the modem as it says it is powered and connected but it cannot find the internet.

Scope of work: • Reconnect Telstra modem and any related cables • Check all connections are correct and secure • Troubleshoot if internet isn’t connecting • Confirm Wi-Fi is up and running before leaving This should be a quick job for someone familiar with Telstra boxes and standard home NBN setups.
