Our wifi and internet is down at a restaurant in Potts Point. Using Sophos and Draytek equipment. Can’t get hold of It company who set it up. Is showing network but I just unable to connect. Need urgent repair

My internet service is already active, but I need help connecting and setting it up. I have a TP-Link Deco AX3000 router connected directly to the Ethernet wall socket, but the internet is not working. I cannot find a separate modem or NBN box inside the apartment. I need someone experienced with NBN and TP-Link Deco to check the connection, configure the router and make sure the Wi-Fi works properly. Location: Rhodes Please bring any necessary testing equipment.

I have tried numerous times to connect my Dreame Robot Ultra S30 to my router but not able. I have returned the machine to Dreame and they have returned it saying nothing wrong with it must be internet, I had this machine at my old house and same internet and worked find, only thing is new router which I changed to 2.4 frequency as requested. can someone help with this

I need help improving my internet speeds and WiFi, I have fibre to the house, with speeds at the Telstra Modem of 500Mbps .. however the Google next I have set up (3 units ) scattered across two floors, only records 40MBps (at best). I have recently also installed 2 x Ubiquiti UniFi in ceiling which are directly connected by Cat 6 cable to the Modem. However when both running get very slow speeds. Need help to set up an internet and wifi environment that works.

A few old cables were cut during renovation and the WiFi is no longer working. Need someone to fix so we can connect to WiFi again.

Recently I moved in a new place where there is no hand over from the former owner. Current setup: NBN HFC Modem is installed in the lounge with Netcomm router and a switch. The internet connection is working OK. But I have no clue about cabling along/behind the dry walls around the house. There are data points (RJ45 jacks) on the walls. See the attached pictures - in the Lounge and one bedroom the ground floor; - in two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Scope of works: A qualified and licensed data cabler or home Internet specialist is required to provide the following: -> Job 1: Test and fix connections between the router/switch & on-wall jacks/ports in the lounge to the those in the bedrooms. Please provide a fixed quote for Job 1. Material bills will be reimbursed. -> Job 2: Extension to other rooms to be assessed and quoted once Job 1 is done.

Internet wall socket is not working properly

fix current cable set up, ensuring internet and nbn connection operating properly, install new mesh wifi and new printer, make sure streaming services and foxtel operating efficiently and at correct speed for connection. Advise on any other steps necessary to update current set up.

Check whether existing network cabling can be used and/or improve the effectiveness of a home WiFi network. Set up home working. Connect Surface laptop to docking station and then monitor plus peripherals.

The parents have moved from TPG to superloop for nbn internet. Our current modem needs some settings changed for it to reconnect to the internet. If the modem is incompatible, we have a new one ready to be used. Once connected, the modem needs to be connected to the home mesh network and other smart devices! Thank you

Purchased a new internet modem / router. I can get it to work. Would like some help please

We use Vodafone wifi, ubiquity switch and have a draytech router Our WiFi is required to run our restaurant so connection is vital. It powers our POS, Internet, Sonos, cameras and customer wifi Currently it’s down and I need someone to attend and get it back up and running. May need suggestions on changing equipment but it’s needs to be secure and constant. Must be someone onsite, would be great if you have spare equipment to test and replace if required. I need someone to attend onsite Tuesdays after 12pm

Tried setting up printer & has an error which I can't get past.

We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.
