Hi Need some technical help to configure existing opticom modem in apartment building, was working great for years but seems previous tenant had done a modem reset and we have the details from Superloop, username password etc and just need to help the new tenant to configure it, all lights green so internet active but just not working

We have fast internet coming into our Google Nest(500-750mbps), but the internet is very unreliable even with 3 Google Nest’s around the apartment. We struggle on calls for work and can’t understand why. We have most Sonos working in the apartment but there are two integrated speakers which aren’t working. We’re open to purchasing some new tech equipment if we really have to, but want advice before we move forward with anything. Apartment located in Darlinghurst.

My Wi-Fi is not working and I need someone to come out and fix it. I also need my Google Home connected and set up properly. Looking for someone experienced with home internet and smart device setup.

We currently have a tp-link modem but wish to replace it with a ASUS ax5700 modem. We are having difficulties connecting the modem as it says it is powered and connected but it cannot find the internet.

Needing help to connect nbn box internet

I need someone to help me set up the new office internet setup including wifi, router ect. NBN with Aussie broadband.

Looking for an experienced cabler/network technician to relocate our internet connection from upstairs to downstairs. There is already an Ethernet wall port installed downstairs. The job involves: * Testing the existing Ethernet port/cabling downstairs * Relocating the internet connection from upstairs to downstairs * Connecting and configuring it so the internet works properly downstairs * Checking the connection is stable and working before completion The cabling appears to already be in place, so this should mainly be a testing and setup job rather than a full new cable installation.

I just need the Internet cable from one side to the other. I have the cable just need someone to put it through the house.

PC internet connection suddenly dropped out (hard wired to modem). WiFi still works perfectly fine though. Need PC connection fixed.

We had to unplug our Telstra internet box during last nights storm and need someone experienced with Telstra/NBN setups to reconnect it properly and ensure everything is working. Scope of work: • Reconnect Telstra modem and any related cables • Check all connections are correct and secure • Troubleshoot if internet isn’t connecting • Confirm Wi-Fi is up and running before leaving This should be a quick job for someone familiar with Telstra boxes and standard home NBN setups.

I’m looking for someone to assess and potentially relocate our internet modem from downstairs to upstairs, as our connection upstairs is currently very poor.
