The following items have already been purchased : EasyShed shed kit Concrete fixings (8pk) Triple upgrade pack: door ramp, J hook set, padlock The concrete slab is flat and solid (see attached photo), and there’s clear access to the location. Large back gate has become so warped, with no proper lock, it needs to be fixed. The sides where the gate is supposed to be flush are wooden timbers that have warped, making it impossible to shut. There is also a very large space under the gate currently blocked with an unsightly piece of timber.

The garage door (Glidermatric GTS) does not work. It opens merely 20% and then stops. I tried to reset it, but it does not even respond to the remote. So, I need to reset dirt and then fix the door so that it opens and shuts properly.
