Looking for someone experienced to patch and paint a small hole in my living room where a light fixture used to be. • Hole size: approx. 5cm x 3cm by two • Location: Living room (easy access) • Job includes: patching, sanding, and painting to blend with existing surface • Paint: will supply as the ceiling has just been painted • Finish: needs to be neat and match surrounding area as closely as possible Ideally looking for someone with experience in small plaster/paint repair jobs and attention to detail. We are a kindy / child care centre. 4 sliding doors and 3 sliding windows 4 sliding doors, one of them needs to replace the lock. Another two locks fine, but no keys. The last sliding door needs adjustment. Three sliding windows The bay window in Bedroom 1 is hard to open or close and does not slide on its base. This will need to be serviced so that it slides as normal. The bay window in the Master Bedroom is also hard to open or close and does not slide on its base. This will need to be serviced so that it slides as normal. The window in Bedroom 3 also does not slide on its base and requires effort to open and close.

Patch Holes and Paint them and fix back the curtain that caused some of the holes.

My kitchen sink has been blocking whenever we wash plates and pots. We’ve had to use a plunger almost every time. I attempted to remove the blockage by inserting a metal object into the drain, but this has now caused water to leak under the sink. There is dripping underneath, and I may have damaged something inside the drain or pipe. I need someone experienced (plumber preferred) to: • Inspect and clear the blockage ( Litttle/ No blockage at the moment) Just water leak. • Fix the water leak under the sink • Repair or replace any damaged parts if required - I am not looking for a temporary unblock. I need a proper, long-term solution.
