Hi, I’d like to arrange a service for my garage door. The motor has become a bit noisier than usual over the last little while. Today, I also noticed the door didn’t fully open on its own, and I had to give it a little assistance to get it fully open. I’m hoping it’s just due for a routine service, but I’d appreciate having it inspected to make sure everything is working properly.

Misc tasks for the day a. 4 x trenches to be dug out in town house gardens. example shown below in photos. Approx 300 wide x 1m long, and approx 350mm deep. b. And then another long trench approx 5 m long. in a garden (plants will need to be removed first) c. low level, sit on the ground painting! The bottom of these slats have been splashed iwth the driveway paint and need re-painting. Paint provided. Possibly 9 linear meters of slats and the timber panel behind as well. d. My kitchen sink has become completely blocked. Both sink drains are not draining. After trying hot water, the plumbing underneath the sink started leaking from one of the pipe joints. If I push the pipe upwards by hand, the leak stops temporarily, so it may be a loose or disconnected pipe joint. There is still water sitting in the sink. I need someone experienced with plumbing to: * Unblock the kitchen drain. * Inspect and repair the leaking pipe underneath the sink. * Check everything is draining properly afterwards. IKEA JÄRSTORP laminate benchtop needs to be cut, installed, and sealed. Three total boards, two 186 cm x 63.5 cm and one 246 cm x 63.5 cm. Holes need to be cut for future sink and faucet installation. Looking for an installer with experience who can provide clean edges and smooth finishes. Prefer to have this done within the next two weeks.
