Hi, I’d like to arrange a service for my garage door. The motor has become a bit noisier than usual over the last little while. Today, I also noticed the door didn’t fully open on its own, and I had to give it a little assistance to get it fully open. I’m hoping it’s just due for a routine service, but I’d appreciate having it inspected to make sure everything is working properly.

The list includes: - refitting three or four door handle striker plates - patching/repainting a 50 cent sized hole in the wall - sourcing and replacing a bunch of different light-bulbs - pulling out the fridge and cleaning the filter/behind the fridge.
