We have just purchased a unit in Werribee that is part of a duplex. Split in half by an internal brick wall. It is an older building so I believe some steps may have been skipped when they did the plumbing and insulation. The issue we have is every time the neighbour uses the water we can hear it in every room of the house. I assume it is the same for them on their side when we are using ours. It sounds as if its coming from inside of the roof and through the split system units. My understanding was that the water pipes were not shared because we don't share water bills. We require someone to come inspect the property and help us understand what is happening and look at possible solutions if there are any.

We have just bought a garden shed. Size 3m X 1.5m. We require the ground to be levelled and a secure base built for the shed. Most likely going with a gravel base. Require the garden shed to also be built when it arrives. At the moment getting quotes and seeing our options. Looking for reliable people with good communication.
