The garage door keeps hitting the top of the door frame and the door doesn’t close. I’ve seen some people sand their doors online and we don’t want to sand the door

Looking for a skilled handyman to fix a toilet door lock issue. The door is currently locked, and the door knob has come off, making it impossible to open the door. Need assistance with unlocking the door and reattaching or replacing the knob and lock if necessary.
