Hello, I work for a new home builder. We require a handyman to complete some final touchups of the home before the new owners move in. Items include: Basic Carpentry - Install Towel rails, Door Handles, Adjust doors. Basic Plastering - Patch small holes etc. Caulking - Internal and External Basic Tiling - Replace a couple of cracked tiles. Brick Repairs - Repair mortar blowouts and touchups. All material can be supplied or alternatively you can provide us with a copy of items purchased for payment.
