Good afternoon, We need some maintenance for our main HVAC unit (model as shown in the in pictures). It works well, but we need some general maintenance. Only comment is that the airblade doesn’t remain at the selected position (and drops to a lower level) - if we were to be able to sort this out that would be fantastic. I have some grout that has come out in the shower which has led to some “suspected water leaks into the plaster” I don’t think i require a water detection test as I think the grout has just come out and small bits of water are getting through (I’m no expert ) Just need someone to go over the tiles / fill in the grout / silicone
