3x Floor to ceiling curtains hung - lounge and B1 (upstairs in townhouse) 2 day night blinds installed

Looking for someone to do the following repairs: BALUSTRADE - Replace two sections of bottom balustrade that have failed/collapsed. The sections are currently chocked up to keep in place but need to be removed and the white palings re-screwed at bottom with new rust-proof screws (the top of the palings are currently attached to the top rail with nails). I have purchased the pre-primed balustrade and painted three coats in matching Weathershield. The lengths will need to be cut to exact size and ends painted before installing. Waste/old material need to be taken away please. SIDE GATE - Rehang gate to original position so closer to side post where hinges are and lift so in line with fence level and attach new latch on right hand side (on inside of property neighbouring side). Moving to the left as originally positioned will allow the gate to close flush and the latch to be installed (as it was originally). Also, re-attach bottom panel (currently sitting next to gate inside property, see pic below). Latch is already purchased. SLEEPERS IN BRICK PATH - Replace rotted sleepers in pathway x 2 sections. One in step and one flush with pathway. Three sleepers have been delivered. Waste/old material need to be taken away please.

I have tried to strip paint off the brickwork in the interior of my fireplace and it has (partially) worked. I would like the remaining paint removed and then the brickwork to be cleaned and minor repointing where required.

Replace plastic clips or complete runners on cavity sliding door. I had a Quick Look and looks like the plastic clips have broken and the door has dropped and won't open or close. It's a rental property so today would be great

I have a fridge in Belmont that I would like moved to Tighes Hill and swapped with a fridge at that site - to move to Belmont. One fridge needs new seals and maybe gas. The other needs some cosmetic fixing (I have some paint stuff on me) as skin acid has worn away the white coating on a section.

We have double doors with brass fittings externally facing a covered deck. During last night’s storm the double doors tore open, loosening all fittings from the cedar. Being such a soft wood, it requires specialist repair. Some fittings may need to be replaced (Door handle not working any more - won’t close securely). - Due date: Flexible
