Looking for a regular handyman to help with firstly finishing the pergola but if all goes well, there’s extra handyman work to help with a 25 yo house. What’s needed on the pergola. - In one section ( mainly completed) • Saw and paint the ends of the already installed beams down flat (about 5 ) to line up better. The beams in this area are solid and the shadecloth up, just the ends need neatening. - In another section • Replace 2.5 metre wood that attaches to the fascia (water-damaged) and paint the wood . There is a temporary fix at the moment but the wood underneath is water damaged from leaky gutter ( fixed ) • Fit new or use existing brackets as needed • Reattach beams (two) with brackets. Another 3 beams would need to be unscrewed and then placed back on to replace. • Check the remaining fascia wood along that side of the house and advise if any is in need of replacement. Provide a quote for replacing any extra. • Install shadecloth neatly and tension correctly once repairs are done. I’ll purchase the wood, shadecloth, paint, and any other materials you require — just let me know what’s needed when you start. Very simple but tedious job hanging FOUR identical sets of curtain rod brackets. (Each set has 3 brackets with 2 holes per bracket = 24 drill holes). In addition to the curtains, this job also includes drilling 3 holes into plastered brick wall to hang a broom/ mop holder. I also require your expertise to drill a maximum of four holes into plastered brick wall to hang large wall art. Lastly , I need you to drill 4 holes into exterior brick wall to install TWO identical solar sensor lights. When quoting please include cost of drill bits used as I'm paying through airtasker
