Need help patching up an archway and reinforce it with timber

Need help fixing ceiling board. I want it replaced and the timber above it also replaced.

I would like some help to install 1 new exterior front door and also install door frame in that same area. In addition to this, I would like help installing 4 internal doors. I have already purchased the 4 interior doors, 1 exterior door and a door frame for the exterior door.

I have a 90x90 timber post that I need installed on a construction job site in Port Kennedy. -Post is 3.6m long -You will need to dig the hole (at least 300 diameter by 600 deep) and concrete the post into the hole -I will supply post and quick set pre mix concrete -You will need to supply tools to dig the hole, mix the concrete and install the post -You will also need to temp prop the post until the quickset concrete sets -I also need you to mount a Reolink camera onto the post once installed (see pic attached) -The camera and sim card will need to picked up from a business in East Rockingham -You will need to install the sim card into the camera and activate the sim card prior to mounting the camera and we will need to test all is working before you finish - I can discuss this through with the person doing the job
