I need an experienced plasterer/cornice repairer to repair the decorative cornice around a kitchen bulkhead/partial wall. There is cracking and separation at the external mitred corner and along the joint between the cornice and ceiling/wall. Please see attached photos. I am looking for someone to: assess the cause of the cracking/movement; repair/resecure the existing cornice where possible; repair the mitred corner and cracks; match the existing profile as closely as possible if a section needs replacing; finish/sand ready for painting. Painting is not required. Please quote for the complete job, including materials. Also, there are other minor ceiling/cornice repairs you can quote on when you get here.

Tresco garden shed (glides on the sliding doors have broken). I have bought new door glides (see photo), but to put these new ones in, you have to unscrew a few screws from the side of each panel. Unfortunately, these screws have rusted and I can't undo them. Just need a quote to install these new glides (there is a video online on how to install them). See photo of shed attached.
