Hi, thanks for your offer. Just to clarify, this is a small 3.05m × 1.5m flat-pack garden shed being assembled beside an existing shed on a concrete surface. No groundwork or anchoring is required. We previously had the existing shed assembled by a qualified builder for $250. We’re happy to pay up to $350 for someone experienced who can complete the job properly. We need the parts of the framing for the garage roller door to be rendered. See the photos. What requires particular attention are:- 1. Right hand corner of the frame (approx 1500mm x 600mm); 2. Underside of the frame approx 5000mm x 600mm); 3. Left hand side of the frame attached to the house has a crack in it and requires some sort of overlay so the crack no longer exists. It is not major work. If possible, the colour of the render would be tranquil retreat to match the house.

Need someone to inspect and fix a shop front double glass door. One door doesn’t line up/close properly, so we currently need to push the other door in to lock it. need a Giraffe retractable vacuum unit mounted on my garage wall. The wall is Gyprock (plasterboard), so it needs to be fixed properly — the unit is heavy (around 27kg). You’ll need to fix two lengths of 90 x 45 timber to the studs as backing, then mount the unit to that with suitable wall anchors so the load is spread and secure. Render the brick wall at the side of a single storey house

We have just moved house, and bought three curtain rods that we need installed (so we can thread eyelet curtains on to them).
