Swap the ceiling fan in bedroom

TV wall units installed by someone else but the top row of units above TV are sagging. Glass doors are also sagging and not sitting straight.

I removed the blind & brackets to do some painting. Then screwed the brackets back & attached the blind. The screw holding the bracket at the pulley end came out & the blind fell down. Now having trouble securely re-screwing this bracket back into the steel lintel.
