Find an experienced handyman in Norman Park

Ww have an outdoor motorised blind that is not working. The motor runs when I press the remote, but one out of 4 won't lift. The remote model is AC123-06D, which I believe is an Alpha motor. We are located in Norman Park.

I have a pool deck that needs fixing and also extend around the sides. It can be built and extended on side by way of using the support of the existing pool fence posts to support the deck on the sides. The section that is opened I still have the deck Timbers that can be re used as it was the frame that is damaged I would also like some French doors replaced with a sliding door

An area of roof where light is needs patching

I am needing a home gym assembled.

I have two jobs 1. Pergola - it is a flat pack kit that needs assembly and fixed to the wall. 2. Put up a small sandwich board roof over an open balconly approx 1 x 3 m - there is a frame already in place, and will need a couple of triangle braces to get the pitch right. I have a few odd handyman jobs around the house including: - Replacing a roller blind in a bedroom (I have the new blind) - Fixing a towel rail that has come away from the wall - Fixing ensuite pocket door that has come off the rails - Fixing bedroom door handle that no longer locks (may just need a realignment or a replacement handle).

We have a little dent on the wall from putting up temp fencing to guard toddlers. We want to fix the wall(white) and also paint the area to make it nice and neat. We have the paint for the wall.

I have the fan already and the 12v power run to location. I’m short on time and want this done asap. Looking for someone who has worked on similar projects before. It’ll essentially involve cutting the Toyota coaster 400mm x 400mm roof section out, framing the mount around the cut to hold the fan and sealing it off correctly.
