Hello, I am looking for a few urgent items to be done as we move into a new place in 2 weeks. 1 - install a wooden baby gate at the top of the stairs. Photo of stairs and gate idea attached. I don't have the gate itself so would either need it to be built or ordered 2 - install a swing gate on the balcony to prevent toddlers from toddling off the edge 3 - This is optional and not as urgent. If you can do 1 & 2 but not 3 then please go ahead and offer. Sorry I don't have a good picture of the access. We are looking to install a door that can be locked to separate downstairs and upstairs.
