I need one old venetian blind replaced with a new one. It will involve trimming the new blind to 152cm x 93 cm

Install 8 blinds across doors and windows at our place. Blinds are new and in boxes. Will require two people and some blinds are quite long. Everything should be accessible by a chair or small step ladder. Needs to be done on 13 December. Plan for two hours.

We have a window where the top part is sliding down and not staying place despite trying to lock it. Seems like the latch needs to be repaired. Looking for someone to do that
