Moved into house 2025. Bathroom ensuite window stuck since moving in - awning style - would like to improve ventilation, seeing if anyone can try to open it, ideally would love to be able to open/close it (no fly screen). Access to window can be inside ensuite and on top of single story garage roof (ladders available). Weekends and wednesdays.

We have an old hills hoist that we would like removed. Clothes line needs to be dismantled and removed from property.

Door to deck off hinge; same door needs casing around safety glass insert; one hinged kitchen cupboard needs to be reattached. Also interested in door being sanded and oiled if same person can do. Two 40 year old doors.

Have a chicken coop that needs rebuilding - the chicken run to be precise. As per photos - there's no cross beams so it keeps falling down and the chickens keep getting out through the wire. The nesting coop itself is fine, just the protection around it. Roughly 10m long and 2m high. Don't have any spare building supplies so BYO if you have offcuts of timber/chicken wire or can pay upon invoice if you need to get supplies.
