I need this gym platform cut 100mm of the wall to expose weep holes. It is a timber frame with villa board and yellow tongue surrounding it. There is a beam that is connected to the brick, I need that reattached back to the gym frame 100mm of the wall. It is sitting on small wood footings

The new clothesline will arrive on April 21st, so please remove the old, broken clothesline and install the new one on Wednesday the 23rd, Thursday the 24th, or Friday the 25th. Need a plumber to replace broken kitchen sink tap flick mixer with a new one that we have as well as add isolation valves as per standards (we don’t have the valves). Fly screen mesh to doors and windows need to be replaced and upgraded to a product slightly more durable/thicker. 2x down pipe connections need to be replaced due to wear and tear from lawn mowing
