Need a plumber to replace broken kitchen sink tap flick mixer with a new one that we have as well as add isolation valves as per standards (we don’t have the valves). Needs to be done ASAP (today if possible). We think this is the right size tap but if you have to go to Bunnings and get something different we will pay for the extra time and materials. We are less than 5 minutes to a store. Must be a licensed plumber, have updated price but make offers please.

The job would involve: • Measuring and marking even spacing for hooks • Installing screw-in hooks or clips into the patio ceiling (metal) • Hanging and securing the festoon lights neatly I’d love the lights to run in a straight or slight zig-zag pattern across the patio (see attached picture for the look I’m going for).

Just bought a new property and noticed at settlement the sliding door in living area is not level. Eventually the whole sliding door will need to be replaced but is there an interim fix? The image shows the window side of the door - not the door

Must be done safely and to compliance standards (licensed electrician preferred or organise one as part of the job). Build New Wall Frame and insulate wall across opening. Line with GIB (plasterboard) both sides. Finish ready for paint (stopping and sanding included). Requirements: Must have experience in framing, insulation, and GIB installation. Provide own tools and materials (or quote for supply separately). Clean and safe workmanship. Removal and disposal of old structure preferred.
