I live in a two bedroom town house in Molendinar. I am a single mother with a young son and I am not able to do everything that needs to be done around the house. So I am after a cleaner or cleaners to come in twice a week to clean my house. I would offer $150 for EACH CLEAN. So $300 per week for 3 or 4 hours on Monday and Thursdays.

We have some vinyl, some epoxy and some tile floors internal office floors. Approximately 350sqm. Needs to be scrubbed with water based degreaser, and mopped. At least 8 hours work. Happy to do an hourly rate. We can supply all chemicals and equipment.

General house cleaning for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 level house. General dusting including fans, cleaning of kitchen including sink, vacuuming of whole house, cleaning bathrooms including 3 average sized single vanities, 2 showers, 1 bath (bath pretty clean just needs a wipe out) and 3 toilets. Mopping of tiled areas (kitchen, dining room, entry hall and bathrooms, the rest is carpet). Ongoing work is a possibility. Would like downstairs blinds vacuumed for a deeper clean if possible (upstairs has been done not long ago). Mainly the top side that gets the dust. Prefer wet dusting with microfibre cloths (without spray) for general dusting due to dust allergies. Allergic to tea tree so can't anything with that in it please. Can discuss further what products you use for bathrooms etc, generally fine with most but don't like flowery smells except for lavender. House will be tidied prior to arrival, we are fairly neat. Would prefer Friday 15/11/24 to arrive approx 9.30am or Sunday 17/11 arrive around 10.15am. But if not let me know when :-)
