Neil is wonderful; I can't recommend him highly enough. He is lovely, so polite and respectful (cleans up after himself); he is also punctual and communicates readily. Some of the jobs I asked Neil to do were fiddly and he persisted until he got the cavity door sliding like a dream and the door catch smooth and easy to use. Will definitely use him again!
