1 large hole needing repairs. Damage was done by leaning on the wall when sitting down and it has only spread since then. Hole is 30cmx40cm. Only need repair done, can paint it myself.

I have two bathroom sink plugs that are not functioning. I would like someone with experience to fix these. I couldn’t tell you if these plugs are meant to be click clack or flip top as neither of them have worked since we moved in. Bathroom A) plug completely jammed, unable to pop up or down or move. Sink is not functioning. Bathroom B) plug not jammed, but not fixed. Unable to pop up or down - not fixed/ attached to sink. Sink cannot be plugged because I’m too worried it’ll jam. I would love for both of these plugs to be fixed, and to be shown how to maintain and care for them so it doesn’t happen again. I would also like for the plumber to look at the catch under the both the sinks and clean them for us. I am unsure if this has been ever been cleaned. If you could also please show me how to clean and maintain it. If you could please let me know your thoughts/plan and if you need any extra information.
