The rental property I own has a chain on a blind that needs replacing as the tenant has advised that it is about to snap. Unsure what costs associated with this are but can purchase the chain if told what chain would be adequate :) flexible and open to negotiate price!

I would like to get a water filter installed under my kitchen sink. One that is attached to my water system. A decent quality one,but one that isn't cost a fortune.

We have 8 blockout light roller blinds from different sizes that need to be installed, models are all back rolled, standar installation and left hand control. Need it done once product arrives mid next week. Also have about 3 windows which need the springs to be replaced.

Need the existing flyscreen mesh replaced on six windows in first floor apartment in Lambton. The apartment building is two stories, and we are on the top floor. You will need to supply the mesh.

We need something fixed on our spa so the team fixing it needs to be able to get the side off (the side on the right) To do this, we need the wooden deck around that side to be removed and then replaced once fixed. You'll need a scree driver.

Have a roof top basket and two racks. The 270 awning will need some heavy lifting and maybe adjustments . The roof racks and basket don’t go all the way to end of the roof but the awning needs an attachment done towards the back to keep it secure. Might have to remove the rear spoiler also and find a way to attach the brackets without extra bars. Happy to pay extra for the spoiler to be removed . - Due date: Before Thursday, 31 August 2023
