You'll need tools and skill. The fold down clothesline is cemented via 2 posts under decking. Lift some decking to do the job but return lifted deck pre clothesline removal. Dispose of clothesline and other items (hollow and screen doors and some light storage containers).
Matthew agreed to job and came next day. Kept me informed as he had an earlier job to finish, and ran slightly later than arranged. He is clearly skilled, got the right tools and finished the job to my specifications in record time. Offered to patch where he removed the clothesline - above and beyond. Polite, tidy and efficient. Will use again. Thank you!
