I'm looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to complete a couple of internal door jobs at a property in Ingle Farm. The jobs do not need to be completed urgently, and I'm happy to work around your availability. Scope of work: 1. Replace internal toilet door Remove the existing toilet door. Supply and install a new internal door (approximately 2040 × 820 × 35 mm), or install a door I purchase separately. 2. Adjust another internal door The door currently does not close properly because the top edge catches on the door frame. It may only need a few millimetres trimmed, adjusted, and re-hung. Pricing options: Option 1 – Supply & Install (around $400 total): You supply the new door and any required materials. Complete the full installation. Option 2 – Labour Only (around $280): You complete the installation with whatever material needed and I will reimburse all the material costs with receipts. I also have other renovation tasks at the same property, including kitchen/cooker cabinet installation and a light bathroom renovation.
