Require licensed carpenter that has experience with structural repairs. Our neighbor swapped out their fence which had been affected by termites. The termites have now been roaming and although the property has been sprayed the affected skirtings and architraves require to be replaced, then painted by others. What we require is a quote for; 1. Repairs to skirting and architrave work 2. Optional quote for structural work (a small area surrounding the manhole has been affected) 3. Optional quote for painting In order to review your suitability to quote on this job, I need to be provided with; A. Your License details B. Further information on previous structural termite repairs done within roof cavity. C. Details on what insurance cover your company possesses Understandably, you won’t be able to quote without seeing the work for yourself, however I need to have some evidence of suitable licensing, insurance and suitable previous work experience of this kind prior to arranging a time to review with the tenants.
