I have a wooden skylight window frame that is rotten and letting water into the house when it rains. I need someone to remove the rotten timber, replace with treated timber, reseal/flash the frame, and repaint.

I am looking for a qualified carpenter or professional builder to inspect, repair, and remediate an outdoor timber balustrade on my balcony. Other materials other than timber are also acceptable. Current Issue: At least one horizontal timber slat has wood rot causing a major structural gap. Some sections also show signs of weathering and soft wood. Job requirement: Conduct a thorough structural safety check. Remove and replace all rotten, split, or structurally compromised timber sections with matching, durable outdoor treated timber (e.g., H3 treated pine). Re-secure all loose components, ensure strong anchoring to the sub-structure, and bring the overall barrier up to safety standards. Prime and paint all newly replaced wood.
